Only if delayed, products can take up to a week or more to get delivered.
If the delivered product is faulty, you can return the product and ask for refund within 24 hours (that’s a day), anything more than 24 hours, there’ll be no refunds for returning products.
Refunds include the product price and shipping fee. It does not include the transaction charge when making payment for the product.
